It really, really doesn't. On Google toolbar, the second option after Irenew, is "Irenew scam." That should tell you something.
They are bogus, a scam. We wore them for a week. All it did was make my wrist itch from the rubber. DO NOT waste your money. I don’t need to pay 19.95 + 17.99 shipping/handling + postage to send it back to get some placebo. They should advertise it as a placebo and anyone who is gullible can wear it and “think” they feel better. What a fraudulent company, they should be looked into by authorities.

The shipping charges are as much as the orders. In one case over $50 and the other over $30. This is a non priority shipping charge witch is absolutely ridiculous. I've sent a request to cancel both orders. I've notified my credit card company.

I ordered 2 bracelets on July 18, 2010, fully paid for. I tried to call to find out my order status and every time the system said it was connecting me to customer service, I got a recording saying "message 112" and it hung up on me.

After reading all of the complaints and waiting for the bracelets, I am not sure whether that “the magnets will work!” I am very disappointed in trying to communicate with the office, they don’t seem to answer or would rather not answer. I have been waiting for the bracelets for over 8 weeks and to this day I have not received them. I will be contacting the BBB and see if they can shut them down.

This has been the most disgusting and inept service activity I have ever encountered. They had incorrect credit card number, then lost my order, then had incorrect address. Gave me a new order number and promised immediate delivery.

Not only does it not work, its a piece of junk. After they tried to charge me double for shipping.(they said shipped separately, but came in same package) the piece of junk fell apart the first time I wore it. The clasp was so flimsy it fell apart.
